Clare makes intricate and complex pieces from simple sheets of paper, cutting, folding and layering each sheet to create stunning geometric designs and patterns. The process of turning such an ordinary everyday material into something extraordinary is one which fascinates Clare.

By combining precision paper-cutting with bold colours, the pieces have a hypnotic sense of depth and movement which draws the viewer in.
